[resources] character sprite rips

Since finding sprite rips in this fandom is absolute balls, I figured I may as well put what I've got where people can actually find it instead of just randomly doling things out on plurk whenever somebody mentions looking for them.

A couple things of note:
- These are from Reimeiroku only. As such, there are things missing (i.e. a lot of the rasetsu sprites), and some characters are missing entirely (sorry, fellow Ootori fans).
- They are stored...weirdly. You'll have to switch their mode in Photoshop over to RGB before you can actually work with them, and the aspect ratio is off; change the size to 630x512 to unsquish them. (Empirically speaking, I am pretty sure that it is better to change mode before resizing, rather than vice versa, to make them come out smoother, but I am pretty shit at graphics so I may be imagining things.)
